i just graduated from a computer science shcool . I found in today's job market, most employers are expecting new graducate students to have some kind of experience , which seems impossible for students who are just right out of school. Due to the big gap between the expection of employers and the ability as well as experience of new graduate students, how can they position themselves to land a job?
